By installing or using the "Dual Subtitles for YouTube" browser extension (the "Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.
The Extension displays bilingual subtitles on YouTube videos: the video's original captions alongside a machine translation into the language you choose. Premium users can additionally export transcripts as SRT, Markdown, or plain text.
The free tier includes a limited daily translation quota. Premium removes the quota and unlocks transcript export.
Premium is offered as a subscription: $4.99/month or $29.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the checkout portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record. Refund requests are handled according to Creem's refund policy; contact us within 7 days of a charge for a refund review.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Extension.
Translations are generated automatically and may contain errors. The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Extension is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
